I’ve started having this problem recently and would love to know the workaround. Unfortunately, I don’t hear sound with your video, and it’s choppy, so I can’t tell exactly what you’re doing. I went into SIS and tried to copy whatever I could see on your screen, but don’t find the dialogue box you come up with.
Hey Barb, That’s super strange that the video is choppy and you can’t hear sound. We just tested the video on a 3G connection (slower than dial up) and it does play smoothly with sound in both IE and Firefox. Hmmm. In any case, are you on a PC? You can right click the preview window (when it’s open) in the task bar, choose “maximize” and then close that window. It should open up for you the next time around. We think the problem occurs when you minimize the preview window, then close it with the dialog box “close preview window” with the “close” button. Make sense?
I’m not sure why the sound wasn’t working yesterday, but it is now. And I guess it wasn’t choppy, it just looked that way without sound. LOL
Thanks for writing out the explanation anyway; without it, I probably still wouldn’t have fixed it. It was the “(when it’s open)” part that made me look around for that preview window to close it.

Glad to hear Barb. If there’s anything else we can do for you please let me know! Thanks again for stopping by!
